Do you provide airport transport?
Airport transfer is available with extra charge, maximum 3 persons per car. Our staff member will meet you at the airport arrival hall, they will bring a hotel page board with your name.

Our bed size is 160×200 for queen bed, and 80×200 for twin bed.
Can fit extra bed and baby cot together in the room?
No, the room is only fitted with either one extra bed OR one baby cot.

Yes, children aged 4-10 years are welcome. Children under 4 years must be accompanied by a parent/adult. The kids playroom is open from 9.00 – 18.00.

According to the National Bank of Indonesia’s regulations, we accept only Rupiah. Foreign currency can be exchanged at an authorized money changer. We also accept Visa and Mastercard.

Gangga divers is located in Lotus Bungalows Candidasa.
Do you also handle outside guests for diving with Gangga Divers?
Yes, but full prepayment is required. All divers must reserve their space at least one day in advance. A free shuttle service is provided in the Candidasa area.
How long is a one day dive trip?
All divers should be at the Gangga Divers centre at 07.30 and will return to Gangga Divers between 14.00 – 15.00.
Are there onsite spa-massage treatment services available to guests?
No, the treatment will be done at a partner spa in Candidasa. A shuttle service is provided.
Is there a medical clinic nearby?
There is a medical clinic in Candidasa a 10-minute walk from the resort. For hospital treatment we suggest Bali Med Hospital in Amlapura, or BIMC hospital in Denpasar.
Is there an area dedicated to practicing yoga within the resort?
Yes, we offer a yoga pavilion for your yoga or meditation practice.
Is there any yoga equipment available?
Yes, yoga mats are available to use for free.
Are regular yoga class available at your resort?
No, we only provide a space for practicing yoga. Guests should arrange for a teacher to come if they want to practice under guidance.
