Lotus Bungalows Candidasa: Clean, Safe and Ready to Welcome You Back to Bali!
Can you believe it’s almost the end of 2020? People all over the world have spent most of the year in and out of lockdown, social distancing, and just trying to get on with daily life. Due to travel restrictions holidays were cancelled and most people traveled only if necessary.
Looking towards 2021 we’re hoping that travel will start to open up again and holidays will be back on the agenda. But now many people are starting to think about the health and safety aspect of travel more than ever before. This is why at Lotus Bungalows Candidasa, we are doing everything we can to make sure our guests and staff members are kept as safe as possible.
What’s Changed at Lotus Bungalows?
We have always prided ourselves on our high standards of cleanliness at Lotus Bungalows. However, the Covid-19 pandemic has made hotel management across the world aware of the extra measures that need to now be in place.
Over the course of this year Lotus Bungalows management and staff have been busy preparing a whole new set of health protocols. This includes a new “Triple Check System” ensuring no stone is left unturned when it comes to the cleanliness and sanitization of the resort.
Starting with transfers to the hotel, drivers are required to wear masks and gloves and guests are asked to sanitize their hands and have a temperature check before getting in the car. Luggage is also sanitized before it is loaded into the car.
Check in at Lotus Bungalows is now contactless and you will find all reception staff wearing PPE to protect both themselves and the guests. Social distancing rules are in place within the resort with guests and staff asked to stay 1.5 metres from each other unless they are traveling in the same party.
Room Cleanliness & Public Areas
We want you to be 100% confident in the cleanliness and safety of your room. Being able to relax and feel comfortable in your room is one of the most important things during a hotel stay. This is where our Triple Check System really shines.
Select disinfectants are used in the daily cleaning of the rooms. When guests check out the room is thoroughly sanitized, including the room’s air conditioners. After this deep clean, rooms are left unoccupied for at least 24 hours between guests.
Public areas are also now cleaned to a more frequent schedule. High-contact areas like door handles, railings, toilet roll holders, and soap dispensers are sanitized at least every 30 minutes throughout the day.
What About Diving?
Lotus Bungalows Candidasa is great for non-divers, but tends to attract a diving crows thanks to its amazing location and 5* PADI dive centre.
Gangga Divers always operates to the highest PADI standards and will continue to follow guidelines for diver safety regarding Covid-19. By following strict sanitation protocol it is absolutely possible to dive with very little risk.
Gangga Divers at Lotus Bungalows rigorously sterilize their equipment and are trained to talk divers through safety procedures specifically to prevent cross-contamination between divers. Knowing this, diving with confidence should be no problem at all.
We are confident Lotus Bungalows is ready to welcome you and want you to know that your health and safety is our absolute number 1 priority.
